Clean hotel, amazing rooms, marvellous and good location in very centrum of Krakow. Good food, nice and welcoming staff at the reception desk. A kitchen area and a safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location was good.The gent at the reception was helpfull & friendly.

There was no A/C as mentioned on the website.We were supplied with a fan when asked.It was quite noisy at night but that is to be expected. When we checked in we had to cart all our luggage 400 meters from the car park.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its location. It is situated right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main square. I loved being able to explore the beautiful Old Town without having to travel far. The convenience of having shops, restaurants, and fast food chains all within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities provided, such as a private bathroom and comfortable beds, were exactly what I needed for a pleasant stay. The communal kitchen outside was an added bonus, perfect for grabbing a quick meal or snack. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the rooms were in good condition and the staff provided friendly service throughout my stay.

We loved the central location just off the main square surrounded by a park in Krakow old town. Everything was within walking distance, including the castle Wawel, places to eat and drink, and a grocery shop. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. We had a code to access the property, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day.

Nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. This city was fantastic, and we had an amazing stay.

Free Wi-Fi: The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, which was good enough for browsing the web and checking emails. It was a helpful feature to have during my stay. Continental breakfast: The hotel provided a good continental breakfast, ensuring that I started my day off with a decent meal.

Noisy surroundings: Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof and I had trouble sleeping due to noise from the nearby bar that was open until the early hours of the morning. It would have been better if the windows were better at blocking out the noise.

The room was spacious with a great city view, the staff was friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Golden Lion Guest Rooms. The location was ideal, just steps away from the main market and close to grocery shops and restaurants. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff accommodated our request to store our luggage. The common kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a quick coffee or preparing breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent welcome, convenient location, and clean facilities.
